This role isn't tied to one site: you go where we deploy, supporting launches and ongoing operations across our growing customer base. You're just as comfortable being hands-on with the robotics kitchen as you are coaching a client's staff through their daily routines.\nYour Daily Business\nOwn day-to-day operations at customer deployment sites, keeping production, quality, and hygiene standards on point\nSupport new deployments from setup through go-live, working alongside the launch team\nTrain client staff on daily operations, handling, and routines so they can confidently run the system themselves\nAct as the main point of contact for the client on-site, running a reliable, well-organized operation\nTroubleshoot first-line technical or operational issues, escalating to remote support when needed\nManage restocking, consumables, and opening/closing routines to standard\nTravel between customer sites as needed, adapting quickly to each new environment\nFeed recurring issues or training gaps back to the team to improve future deployments\nBase Qualifications\nExperience in food service, hospitality, or retail operations\nWillingness and ability to travel regularly between customer sites across the region\nConfident training and coaching others, with the patience to explain a process clearly\nComfortable working with technology and following structured processes\nStrong ownership and reliability, especially when working solo on-site\nFluent German and English\nValid driver's license\nPreferred Qualifications\nFood safety certification (e.g., HACCP)\nPrior experience in a launch, rollout, or training-focused operations role\nTechnical background (Robotics,
