Working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and designers, you'll turn evolving requirements into working hardware, troubleshoot issues as they surface, and keep our prototyping process moving fast without cutting corners on safety.Your Daily Business\nAssemble, wire, and configure electrical components and assemblies for new robotics prototypes\nSupport the development and build-out of prototypes for new products and technologies\nIdentify and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions during the prototyping process\nWork closely with engineers and designers to translate requirements into physical builds, adapting prototypes as designs evolve\nDocument prototype changes, tests, and results to inform future iterations\nMaintain ESD-compliant, safety-conform working practices in line with German VDE standards and accident prevention regulations (UVV)\nBase Qualifications\nCompleted apprenticeship or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (e.g. Elektroniker/in, Mechatroniker/in or comparable)\nStrong grounding in electrical engineering, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics\nFamiliarity with ESD protection measures and VDE-compliant working practices\nPrecise, careful manual work in the assembly and wiring of components\nA team player with strong communication skills who stays sharp in a fast-paced, hands-on environment\nProficient in English;
