You’ll set priorities, make decisions and shape how our deployment and IT operations scale, with a clear path into cloud and infrastructure work.\nYour Daily Business\nOwn the IT side of international deployments\nPrepare and configure Android devices for every unit we deploy.\nSet up VPN and network configuration for units across markets.\nTroubleshoot on-site network hardware and resolve connectivity issues at deployment sites.\nManage ISPs and hardware vendors on delivery, installation and support in each market.\nTrack deployed devices and network hardware so the asset register stays accurate as units move between locations.\nBuild and document repeatable setup processes so each new deployment goes live faster.\nManage cloud access and deliver Infrastructure-as-Code changes for our platform.\nRun IT operations for our teams\nOwn the IT and cloud/platform request pipeline: resolve requests independently and prioritise across teams and locations.\nRun the identity, device and hardware lifecycle, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access, purchasing and retrieval.\nManage meeting-room AV and conferencing, SaaS licenses, invoices and vendor coordination.\nKeep us secure and audit-ready\nOwn maintenance and log monitoring across SIEM, EDR and IdP, and act on issues early.\nOwn evidence collection for our ISO 27001 certification: documentation, logs and screenshots.\nBase Qualifications\nProven experience in IT operations, systems administration or IT support\nConfidence with VPN configuration and network troubleshooting, including at remote sites\nHands-on experience with MDM platforms (e.g. Kandji, Intune) and identity providers (e.g. Google Workspace, MS365, Okta)\nStrong prioritisation skills and the judgement to work independently across multiple locations\nFluent English\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting hardware or IoT deployments in the field\nExperience with AWS, GCP or Azure\nHands-on Infrastructure-as-Code
