CIRFOOD ricerca una risorsa da inserire all’interno di un Centro Produzione Pasti del comune di Pisa che, riportando al Responsabile di Struttura, si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:

partecipare attivamente alla preparazione del menù giornaliero;

assicurare la corretta ed efficiente realizzazione delle attività in termini di prodotto e di servizio;

gestire in completa autonomia la produzione e l'organizzazione del lavoro, con attenzione alla produttività ed al costo pasto;

monitorare il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e quantitativi;

supervisionare ed applicare le procedure igienico-sanitarie.

Desideriamo rivolgerci a candidati in possesso di diploma di maturità alberghiera, con pregressa e comprovata esperienza nel settore della ristorazione collettiva.

Completano il profilo dinamismo, buone doti organizzative, proattività e flessibilità oraria.

COSA OFFRIAMO?

Contratto full time dal lunedì alla domenica con 1 giorno di riposo nel weekend.
