The Solutions Architect is customer-focused and will translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nPartner with the sales team to identify and qualify technical opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Will engage prospects and customers, providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. \n\nLead pre-sales technical discussions, presentations, and proof of concepts to showcase Cirrascale’s solutions.\n\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence roadmap development.\n\nRespond to RFPs and technical inquiries with accurate, professional technical content.\n\nServe as a technical liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendor partners.\n\nSupport post-sales teams with knowledge transfer and solution validation during deployment.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\nBachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role.\n\nStrong technical background in AI/ML infrastructure, GPU architectures, high performance storage, networking and cloud infrastructure.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills. Must have proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.\n\nSelf-starter with a consultative mindset and strong customer focus.\n\nProficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).\n\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\nThe base salary range for the Solutions Architect is $150,000 to $195,000. This pay range reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay range for this job for the location for which it has been posted.
