This role combines customer service, administrative support, and strategic project development to support the organization's growth objectives. Responsibilities include general concierge services and anticipating all guests’ needs, as well as developing a role that contributes to the operation and customer experience.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and establish a strategic role that enhances the operations, customer experience, and infrastructure of the Vision Center, with a focus on supporting long-term campus growth and development. \nGreet and engage with all guests. \nAnticipate guests' needs and respond promptly. \nProvide support across various Concierge functions, including fuel order placement and processing, visitor badges, meal coordination, courtesy car fleet management, and other tasks that contribute to an exceptional customer experience. \nWork alongside the Delivery Experience team and other involved departments to create a worldclass experience for all guests \nProvide shuttle services and help escort customers to various buildings across campus. \nData entry work, specifically in regard to SalesForce and weekly reports \nResponsible for the Patriot Act sign-in log for all Cirrus visitors \nMaintain common spaces (organization, stocking, cleaning, and similar tasks) \nEnergize the Cirrus Service Essentials \nStrive to improve service performance and practices \nCreate and develop a project throughout the summer and prepare a short presentation to give to senior leadership at the end of the internship \nAdditional duties as required \nAdditional Requirements: Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.Must be able to complete entire duration of internship.Qualifications\nRequired:\nCurrent student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.\nJunior or Senior in good academic standing.\nProficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\n Cirrus is dedicated to a drug-free work environment promoting equal employment opportunity.
