This role involves coordinating with suppliers, production teams, and inventory management to ensure materials are available to meet production schedules while optimizing inventory levels, minimizing waste, and reducing costs.\nResponsibilities\nSupport projects, initiatives, and day-to-day activities as assigned.\nAssist with research, analysis, documentation, reporting, presentations, or other work related to assigned projects.\nApply academic knowledge and skills to practical business, technical, or operational situations.\nCollaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support project and business objectives.\nGather, organize, analyze, and maintain information and documentation as needed.\nParticipate in meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.\nCommunicate project status, findings, questions, and potential issues to appropriate team members or leaders.\nAssist in identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.\nFollow established company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable standards.\nDemonstrate professionalism, accountability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.\nPerform additional duties and projects as assigned.\nAdditional Requirements: Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.Must be able to complete entire duration of internship.Qualifications\nRequired:\nCurrent student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.\nJunior or Senior in good academic standing.\nProficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nOther Duties Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
