and analog ICs.\nPerform electrical bench testing and automated test equipment (ATE) analysis.\nDesign and build test hardware for validation and characterization.\nCollect, analyze, and summarize performance and yield data.\nSupport yield enhancement and cost reduction initiatives for ramping products.\nContribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts including matrix lot reviews, GRR, CPK analysis, and production hardware buy-off.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to manage production ramp deliverables and timelines.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nPursuing a BS in Electrical Engineering or a related field.\nExperience with mixed-signal product engineering and IC testing.\nProficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, waveform generators, power supplies).\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated problem-solving mindset and persistence in tackling complex challenges.\nKnowledge of yield analysis and statistical techniques (e.g., ANOVA, Regression, GRR).\nFamiliarity with data analysis tools such as Spotfire, JMP, Excel, and PDF.\nUnderstanding of high-volume production ramps and test hardware debugging.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nExperience with Teradyne UFlex, Excerra, or Catalyst test systems.\nKnowledge of Linux/Unix shell scripting.\nFamiliarity with IC or board-level test and failure analysis
