You will help improve the electromagnetic compatibility of advanced mixed-signal ICs through simulation, test development and silicon validation.\nYou will work closely with IC design, package design, PCB design, and systems teams to identify and resolve EMC risks across our product portfolio.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork with IC design teams to optimise RF emissions and immunity performance.\nPerform EMC simulations for new IC, package and ASIC technologies.\nDevelop and execute IC EMC tests for emissions and immunity.\nConduct measurements in accordance with IEC 61967, IEC 62132, CISPR 32, CISPR 25 and ISO 11452\nUse EMC test equipment such as TEM cells, stripline fixtures and immunity surface-scan systems.\nDesign EMC evaluation PCBs, including test ICs and supporting circuitry.\nAnalyse test results and recommend improvements to product performance.\nProvide technical input to customer-facing documentation.\nSupport customer engagements and occasional customer visits.\nImprove EMC design and test methodologies across the product portfolio.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nDegree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.\nDemonstrated experience in IC EMC, RF EMC or related EMC validation.\nProven experience with automotive EMC standards, procedures and test methods, including ISO 11452 and ISO 16750\nStrong practical experience conducting EMC measurements and analysing test results.\nUnderstanding of how electromagnetic interference affects ICs at system level and how IC behaviour can influence overall EMC compliance.\nExperience with PCB schematic capture and PCB design.\nExperience using Python, LabVIEW or similar tools for test automation and data analysis.\nStrong written, verbal and presentation skills.\nA self-motivated, collaborative and methodical approach.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications:\nKnowledge of simulation tools such as ADS and/or HyperLynx.\nExperience with portable consumer products and mixed-signal analogue and digital design.\nExperience with ESD simulators, RF immunity amplifiers, network analysers, spectrum analysers or GSM testers such as the CMU200.\nPractical SMT hand-soldering experience.\nExperience supporting customers or producing technical
