planning to layout completion\nUnderstand and implement advanced device matching techniques\nProactively work with design engineers to achieve efficient circuit performance\nRouting at the block level and chip top-level using assisted/automated tools\nIntegration of digital and analogue layout \nEstimation and planning of layout timescales to a high degree of accuracy \nSolving layout design issues and applying proactive intervention\nCollaborate with other disciplines demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication \nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nAssociate’s degree in electronic / IC layout CAD specialisation or related program and proven experience of IC layout design.\nAbility to layout analog circuitry in a size/time constrained environment\nUnderstand layout techniques such as common centroid, matching, isolation, shielding, and the use of dummy devices\nSolid understanding of ESD, Latch-up, STI, WPE, electro-migration, IR drop, cross-coupling capacitance, DFM, and Antenna effect\nAbility to solve design problems while using a combination of technical skills, intuition, and creativity\nProficiency in floor planning activities with block assembly, and block-level routing\nLVS trouble shooting and debug skills\nProven track record of working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment\nGreat teammate and works well with others\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications:\nBSc Degree in Electronics Engineering or related program\nComfortable with multiple IC design CAD tools and foundry PDKs, including BCD planar technologies\nDemonstrated ability to contribute ideas for improved efficiency and automation of layout tasks\nKnowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal
