and returns.\nSupport failure analysis, risk assessment, and corrective actions to improve product robustness and production readiness.\nManage yield enhancement and cost reduction projects.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field + 3 years industry experience.\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to make informed decisions.\nPossesses a strong understanding of statistics and experience with high volume data analysis with Spotfire, JMP, SAS, dataConductor, or similar statistical analysis programs.\nKnowledge of hardware design basics and semiconductor reliability basics.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nExperience with JMP.\nExperience with scripting languages such as Python, Visual Basic (VBT), or JSL.\nExperience with AI, to improve engineering process efficiency.\nExperience with Teradyne IG-XL tester platform.\nExperience with manufacturing processes like CPK analysis, GRR, matrix lot review, OSAT production release, excursion material
