digital, power, and mixed-signal ATE board schematics; lead PCB layout reviews; and support probecard/loadboard design, debug, and release to mass production.\nCollaborate closely with IC design engineers, validation engineers, and cross-functional teams.\nParticipate in multi-functional meetings to resolve complex production issues.\nSupport NPI software development and test program release to mass production.\nTranslate datasheets into test hardware requirements.\nDrive yield improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.\nProvide support for customer returns and failure analysis.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nBS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or MS with 3+ years.\nExperience with High-volume production ramps and mixed-signal test hardware debug.\nBroad understanding of circuit blocks (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, amplifiers, charge pumps, temperature sensors).\nFamiliarity with digital communication protocols (I2C, SPI, SPMI, I2S, TDM).\nProficiency in data and yield analysis tools (Spotfire, JMP, Syntricity, Excel).\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines.\nExcellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with other teams.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nExperience with Teradyne UltraFlex or UltraFlexPLUS platforms.\nExpertise in automation or scripting languages (Python preferred).\nFamiliarity with OTP, flash, and other non-volatile memory
