full product lifecycle.\nResponsibilities\nBuild, hire, and develop a high-performing System Test team in Taipei to support current and future products.\nDefine and execute post-silicon system test strategies spanning functional, stress, endurance, negative, and system-level validation.\nDrive test automation and CI integration to improve coverage, efficiency, and release confidence. \nPartner with Firmware, Driver, Systems and Product teams to ensure robust validation coverage and clear defect triage.\nRepresent System Test status and quality outcomes in internal reviews and external discussions with ODMs and customers.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nBS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of experience OR MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 8+ years of experience\n+5 years of Management experience\nExperience working on DVT and EVT devices.\nKnowledge of embedded systems, including both general-purpose operating systems (Windows/Linux) and real-time operating systems (RTOS).\nExperience with a variety of MCU and DSP cores/processors\nExperience with scripting or programming languages such as (Python/shell, C, C++, etc.)\nUnderstanding of software testing and test automation principles\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder management\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nExperience building and growing technical teams\nExperience with cross functional and offshore communication\nExperience with Jira, svn/git, and continuous integration systems (e.g., Jenkins)\nFamiliar with defect management practices\nFamiliar with SDLC\nExperience with Agile Scrum software development\nExperience in lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, logic analyzers and spectrum analyzers for measurement and debugging
