implementation process\n\nFacilitate workshops that help teams explore problems, surface pain points, and align on direction\n\nWhat you'll bring\nProven experience as a User Experience Designer on commercial products\n\nA track record of designing software tools and solving complex design challenges\n\nConfidence conducting user research, iterative design, and usability testing\n\nAn eye for clean UI design\n\nThe ability to foster relationships with stakeholders at every level\n\nComfort collaborating in an asynchronous team\n\nMotivation to solve problems through creative thinking\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication\n\nNice to have\nA bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of hands-on experience\n\nBackground designing for semiconductor, engineering, or other technically complex industries\n\nFamiliarity with Figma or similar design
