performance, and reliability.\nRequired Skills\nStrong experience as a Software Engineer / Full-Stack Developer.\nHands-on expertise in the MERN stack:\nMongoDB\nExpress.js\nReact.js\nNode.js\nPractical experience in AI product development or building AI-powered applications.\nGood understanding of LLMs and Generative AI concepts.\nExperience with AWS/cloud technologies.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, and scalable application architecture.\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of engineering problems.\nGood understanding of software development lifecycle and product engineering practices.\nGood to Have\nExperience with Electron.js and building cross-platform desktop applications.\nExperience with Open Source projects/contributions.\nExperience with LLM frameworks, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, or AI orchestration.\nExperience with TypeScript.\nExperience with Docker and CI/CD.\nExposure to cloud-native architecture and microservices.\nContributions to GitHub or experience maintaining open-source projects.\nWhat We're
