We are committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute their unique ideas and experiences.\n\nYour Impact\nAs an IT Systems Analyst, a team member with Cisco's Global Supply Chain IT organisation, you will play a critical role at the intersection of business strategy and software engineering. You will lead requirements elicitation and directly configure, model, and build solutions within our enterprise PLM ecosystem. Your work will include system-building, modifying BMIDE data models, configuring Active Workspace UI screens, designing automated workflows, scripting validation rules, and validating CI/CD deployment packages. You will also drive AI and Intelligent Automation initiatives, leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate development and enhance PLM capabilities.\n\nKey responsibilities\n· Configure and maintain BMIDE data models, including business object hierarchies, custom properties, naming rules, and lifecycle schemes.\n· Customise Active Workspace UI layouts, JSON view models, command bars, stylesheets, and display rules.\n· Develop and maintain workflow templates, rule/action handlers, validation gates, and change-control paths.\n· Manage security and access governance through Access Manager Rule Trees, dynamic LOVs, and classification schema nodes.\n· Lead functional discovery workshops and translate business problems into detailed Jira User Stories with acceptance criteria and workflow definition.\n· Use Enterprise GenAI tools to accelerate user story drafting, generate synthetic test data, and automate configuration scripting.\n· Assemble, validate, and test BMIDE deployment packages and validate deployment.\n· Author functional test plans and lead Sprint Design Validation and User Acceptance Testing sessions.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n· At least 6 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst, Techno-Functional Consultant, and PLM Engineer with tactical configuration experience in Siemens Teamcenter and Active Workspace (AWC).\n· Proficient in XML, JSON, XSLT, and scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or SQL for data manipulation and testing.\n· Demonstrated functional knowledge of multi-tier Bill of Materials management (EBOM, MBOM, substitutes/alternates) and Engineering Change Management processes.\n· Practical experience integrating generative AI tools into analysis, configuration scripting, and testing workflows.\n· Demonstrable ability to lead multi-functional workshops and translate sophisticated business requirements into actionable technical work.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n· Expertise in BMIDE data modelling, property extensions, and naming/revision rules.\n· Experience configuring Active Workspace declarative UI components, including JSON view models and stylesheets.\n· Deep knowledge of Teamcenter Workflow Designer, including condition tasks and handler configurations.\n· Advanced proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies using Jira.\n· Good communication skills to effectively bridge technical and non-technical partners.\n· Siemens Software certifications.\n· Experience with AI orchestration platforms and knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or semantic
