The team works closely with component suppliers to improve innovation, productivity, and operational efficiency.\nAs a Business Analyst on the Cost Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end cost processes and enabling commodity teams to make smarter, faster business decisions through analytics, process discipline, and digital transformation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport cost processes through supplier RFQ management, including costing and quoting activities for assigned commodities, quote analysis, and quote closure support\nUse GenAI tools and automation to extract data from supplier quotes, summarize component terms, and help digitize workflows\nPerform cost and sourcing analytics, including scenario planning, variance analysis, and data-driven insights to identify gaps and address business challenges\nApply predictive and analytical methods to anticipate pricing trends and potential supply risks within the quote cycle\nBuild and maintain actionable dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track cost operations metrics for senior leadership\nPartner closely with commodity managers, supply chain teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners across a global environment\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.\n2-4 years of hands-on experience in hardware supply chain analytics, cost engineering, direct material procurement.\nDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling (including pivot tables, nested formulas, XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, and handling multi-tab datasets).\nWorking knowledge or project-based experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau.\nFoundational experience utilizing Generative AI tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect domain knowledge of supply chain costing concepts, Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, Purchase Price Variance (PPV), or manufacturing quoting dynamics.\nStrong problem-solving acumen with experience in synthesizing massive multi-source datasets into crisp executive narratives, variance bridge models, and actionable negotiation insights.\nFamiliarity with semiconductor or hardware commodity market dynamics.\nHigh learning agility, curiosity about emerging AI technologies, and a proactive mindset toward process improvement.\nWho You Are\nYou are a strong analytical problem solver who can connect data to business impact and work effectively across a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
