We empower data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational agility.\nYour Impact:\nThe Oracle Fusion Solution Analyst for Supply Chain & Manufacturing is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules-specifically Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Costing. This role partners with business customers, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support global supply chain operations, manufacturing processes, and enterprise transformation initiatives.\nResponsibilities:\nSolution Design & Configuration\nTranslate business requirements into functional designs across Fusion SCM modules.\nConfigure Oracle Fusion setups for Inventory, Manufacturing, Work Definitions, Cost Management, OM, Procurement, and Planning.\nParticipate in the design end-to-end flows: Order-to-Cash, procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Cost-to-Report.\nBusiness Process Optimization\nAnalyze current supply chain and manufacturing processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.\nRecommend best-practice configurations aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities.\nImplementation & Enhancements\nLead module configurations, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and production deployments.\nSupport quarterly Oracle Cloud updates-impact analysis, regression testing, and rollout.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement, finance, and IT teams.\nCollaborate with technical developers for integrations, extensions, and reports.\nProduction Support\nSolve functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution.\nHandle service requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and ensure timely closure.\nDocumentation & Governance\nDevelop User stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios\nDevelop functional design documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, test scripts, and SOPs.\nEnsure compliance with IT controls, audit requirements, and change management processes.\nData & Reporting\nSupport data migration activities-templates, validation, reconciliation.\nWork with BI teams to define OTBI, BIP, and dashboards for SCM and manufacturing KPIs.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nEducation - Bachelors + 5 years of related experience, or Masters +2 years of related experience\nCore Functional Expertise\n5-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or E-Business Suite SCM.\nConfiguration experience in Manufacturing and Supply chain modules\nSolid understanding of manufacturing processes: discrete, process, work definitions, routings, resources, costing.\nTechnical & Integration Skills\nAbility to write functional specifications for:\nREST/SOAP integrations\nBIP/OTBI reports\nFBDI templates\nIntegration error handling and troubleshooting\nRedwood UI and security/privilege concepts\nBusiness & Analytical Skills\nStrong process mapping skills (Visio, Lucidchart).\nAbility to translate business difficulties into system solutions.\nExperience with global supply chain operations, multi-org setups, and master data governance.\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nSoft Skills\nGood communication and customer management.\nStrong documentation.\nAbility to work in fast-paced, multi-project environments.\nProblem-solving attitude with ownership and accountability.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Oracle Fusion Planning, Quality, Maintenance, or IoT modules\nExposure in manufacturing industries (high-tech, automotive, industrial, consumer goods)\nUnderstanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security roles, workflows, and approval rules\nExposure to multi-cloud integrations (OCI/AWS)\nUnderstanding of B2B/A2A integrations (OIC, EDI, B2B gateways, WMS ERP integrations)\nExperience with Project Management tools like Jira, Monday.com and Smartsheet.\nFamiliarity with AI-Enabled Efficiency and Planning Tools.\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
