As an I2C Collections Analyst supporting an assigned base of accounts, your responsibilities will include:

• Portfolio Management: Maintain delinquency across Accounts Receivable (A/R) aging buckets in alignment with industry benchmarks and guidance from the Collections Manager.
• Billing Operations: Ensure timely and accurate billing within customer portals (e.g., Ariba, Adquira).
• Forecasting & Reporting: Actively monitor progress against automated forecasts and provide commentary on material variances at month-end.
• Order Management: Perform daily order reviews and releases with a high degree of accuracy.
• Compliance & Policy Adherence: Adhere to Cisco’s processes and policies while meeting country compliance requirements for your assigned account base.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers' Accounts Payable (A/P) departments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Customer Service (CLO), and Finance (SSF)-to drive issue resolution and resolve customer disputes in a timely and effective manner.
• Management Reporting: Deliver periodic management reports and/or ad-hoc reports to key stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Recommend solutions for continuous improvement within the Invoice-to-Cash process.
• Flexible Scheduling: Be willing to work weekends to support weekend order release duties and/or other responsibilities assigned by the Collections Manager during month-end or quarter-end periods.

Minimum Requirements

• University Degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in the Invoice-to-Cash space (Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Receivable) .
• Experience with Oracle R12 and High Radius (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
