We bridge key partners across Cisco to align enterprise-wide communications, learning, and experiences with the AI roadmap to accelerate adoption and drive meaningful integration of AI into daily work. Your Impact As a Communications Manager, you will help accelerate AI adoption across Cisco’s global workforce. You will develop and execute scalable programs, learning experiences, and activation strategies that build employee capabilities, drive behavior change, and deliver measurable business impact. You will partner with enterprise AI product and UX teams, Learning & Development, global communications, and business units to align efforts. We are seeking a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor who can translate complex AI capabilities into practical, engaging experiences.
