We partner with colleagues in Legal and functional teams across the company to drive compliance and impact.\nCisco Legal is looking for an agile, experienced Compliance Data & Analytics Manager to join the Compliance Data & Analytics group. You are a versatile problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity. You don't wait for polished requirements; you build working prototypes, iterate based on user feedback, and know how to influence cross-functionally to achieve a common goal. In this role, you will be a catalyst for rapid innovation, bridging between legal compliance subject matter experts and modern data experimenting with AI. You will stand up lightweight automation, and navigate corporate data silos to turn complex regulatory obligations into actionable, real-time risk intelligence.\nYour Impact\nDesign, experiment with, and deploy rapid AI and automation prototypes.\nPartner across Legal, Finance, and other key stakeholders to identify, extract, and integrate disparate data sources into unified analytics workflows.\nDevelop agile data scripts, lightweight web applications, and automated alert workflows in Python/SQL that solve compliance friction points.\nCollaborate directly with Regulatory & Compliance leadership to distill complex regulatory risks into structured analytical problem statements and working prototypes.\nPartner with data science and business intelligence developers to improve upon existing risk models by integrating external market intelligence and automated event-driven/ conditional logic.\nMinimum Qualifications\n4-7+ years of relevant experience in similar roles responsible for data analytics, data science, or analytics product development, with a proven track record of rapid prototyping and applying data analytics and AI to Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Internal Audit, or Fraud/Risk Management domains.\nProficiency in Python and advanced SQL and experience with modern data science libraries.\nExperience using AI to build practical applications.\nDemonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, break through data silos, and deliver results collaboratively through influence without direct authority.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience applying building and deploying interactive data apps.\nFamiliarity with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)\nStrong communications skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to senior leaders.\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:\n.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;\n\n1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;\n\n1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and\n\nOnce performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.\n\nFor non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
