Our team bridges cutting-edge innovation and strategic business outcomes, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture centered on technical excellence, continuous learning, and trusted customer advisory where architects lead high-impact customer transformations.\nYour Impact\nAs a Customer Delivery Architect, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor and lead architectural authority for Cisco’s most strategic customer engagements across Germany.\nManages multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, working under pressure and setting priorities to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.\nHave regional-level impact and sphere of influence; building relationships with other technical stakeholders within the organization.\nDemonstrates deep expertise in the technology domains of Agentic AI Systems and Cloud Native architectures\nApplies AI-driven workflows to optimize operational and administrative efficiency, enabling deeper engagement in solution design and customer interaction.\nProvides guidance, training and mentoring within and outside the team (including engineers and architects across organizations), promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, with a focus on advancing AI and Cloud Native literacy, responsible AI adoption, and strategic AI integration.\nDevelops strong partnerships with engineers, Technical Leaders and other internal SMEs and leaders, to influence and impact quality of delivery.\nContribute and engage in industry events such as KubeCon, and AGNTCon.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree + 5 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience.\nCNCF Certification Kubestronaut or other equivalent Cloud Native experience\nPractical experience with AI Systems (Training / Inference / Agents)\nPreferred Qualifications\nProven track record leading multi-domain architectural design and delivery engagements incorporating AI/ML pipelines, data platforms, or responsible AI frameworks.\nExperience maintaining code in open-source projects (preferably CNCF)\nOpen-source community ambassador or equivalent experience\nTrack record of contributing to technical industry forums (e.g., KubeCon, Cloud Native Days etc..) and developing mentorship/training programs for junior technical teams.\nSite Reliability Engineering experience in production operational environments and working with observability solutions\nAppreciation for security and GitOps based software delivery lifecycle practices\nFluent German language preferred\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
