This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact platform modernization and AI initiatives from design through production.\nBuild and optimize Snowflake and dbt data pipelines using advanced SQL and Python.\nDesign and integrate enterprise data engineering and AI solutions, including LLM, RAG, and AI Agent use cases.\nDevelop and manage complex system integrations and Control-M workflows across enterprise platforms.\nPartner with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.\nContribute to platform modernization, data quality, automation, and AI innovation across the enterprise.\nMinimum Qualifications (Provide up to five (5) bullet points - these should be clearly defined, objective, non-comparative, relevant, and quantifiable to appropriately evaluate applicants - not including soft skills):\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n3+ years of experience in data engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application development, including 2+ years delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.\nHands-on experience developing data solutions using Snowflake, dbt, advanced SQL, and Python, including enterprise data pipelines and integrations.\nExperience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or AI Agents, with exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nExperience delivering enterprise-scale integrations and modernization initiatives, including APIs, Control-M, SAP HANA, SIT, data validation, and production deployment.\nPreferred Qualifications (Provide up to five (5) bullet points: these can include soft skills)\nExperience implementing Agentic AI, AI copilots, intelligent automation, or enterprise knowledge assistants using LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.\nExperience with enterprise data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Spark, vector databases, and data governance frameworks.\nStrong understanding of Responsible AI, AI security, governance, model evaluation, and enterprise compliance considerations.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and business leaders across cross-functional teams.\nDemonstrated innovation, continuous learning, and mentoring with the ability to drive AI solutions from proof of concept through production and enterprise adoption. \nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
