You will be working closely with other platform engineers as well as software, hardware and test engineers to develop the next Cisco collaboration video products.\nYour Impact\nYou are a dedicated embedded developer, with skills within OS and hardware near software development. You are self driven, quality focused and enjoy working with other developers and teams. You will:\nWork on OS layer software on our new and existing devices, offering a development platform and access to hardware services to our application teams\nFocus on improvement, either it being related to an area, a piece of code or internal processes\n Minimum Qualifications\nA degree in relevant field (CS, CE, EE or similar)\nExperience with relevant programming languages (C/C++/Rust/Python)\nExperience with embedded Linux or Android development\n Preferred Qualifications\nExperience in developing software that makes efficient use of hardware resources.\nExperience in one or more of the following areas: graphics or display development on Linux or Android; graphics programming (e.g., EGL, OpenGL, Qt); graphics and display pipelines; GPU programming; or working with hardware accelerators for video and graphics;\nAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in English\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
