AI will be part of your craft and the products you shape: use it to uncover patterns and explore ideas, then apply your judgment to where it can genuinely improve people’s work.\nIn this role, you will\nLearn from our customers through conversations, research, and usage data; find opportunities to improve collaboration, productivity, and wellbeing.\nTurn those opportunities into product direction, priorities, requirements, and success measures for a defined product area.\nBe a visible voice for the product, engaging with customers and partners through meetings, events, and webinars.\nWork closely with design, engineering, and data teams to build new experiences that shape the workplace of tomorrow.\nBuild intelligent workplace experiences that help people work together, make better use of spaces, and feel more supported in their workday.\nUse AI tools to synthesize feedback, explore concepts, and test assumptions; bring sound judgment to what the data suggest and how it is used.\nPlan launches with go-to-market, marketing and customer-facing teams, then use feedback and product measures to keep improving the experience.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Development, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience driving software or technology products from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.\nAbility to use customer insight and data to set priorities, make trade-offs, and move work forward with growing independence.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with collaboration, video conferencing, SaaS, connected devices, or workplace technology.\nFamiliarity with agile product development, product analytics, customer discovery, experimentation, or AI-assisted product work in a global enterprise organization.\nCuriosity about how workplace design and technology can improve productivity, collaboration, and wellbeing.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
