We pride ourselves on being trusted advisors who translate sophisticated data into actionable strategies.\nYour Impact\nLead and handle end-to-end financial management of OpEx, CapEx, COGS and MDF (market development funds) investments, serving as a strategic business partner to the Operations and Engineering teams encompassing the full financial lifecycle, including month-end reporting in collaboration with accounting, budgeting, and forecasting of key performance measurements. Working as the primary financial partner for shareholders and coordinate the financial governance of Operations support contracts, consistently driving data-backed cases and measurable outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Accounting\nPartnering with central finance to deliver detailed monthly OpEx and CapEx investment results in full alignment with the month-end timetable\nFacilitate the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality financial reporting\nCollaborating closely with leadership to influence strategic outcomes and ensure financial rigor across all business initiatives\nFinancial Reporting & Analysis helping drive operational excellence through high-integrity reporting and deep-dive variance analysis\n2. AI Strategy & Innovation\nIdentify and develop high-impact use cases for finance (e.g., predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, risk management) and drive results\nMonitor emerging AI trends to ensure we remain at the forefront of financial technology\n3. Finance Operations\nServing as a strategic business partner to the Operations and Delivery teams, driving commercial analysis and develop robust business cases that directly influence key operational outcomes and decision-making.\nAnalyze the correlation between business activities and OpEx/CapEx drivers to optimize financial performance.\nProvide rigorous financial oversight of outsourced vendor contracts, ensuring that all service delivery meets established performance standard.\nProactively identify and lead initiatives to optimize investment, operational efficiency, and process workflows in collaboration with the Operations and Engineering teams, consistently driving value and streamlining operations.\n4. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:\n.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;\n\n1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;\n\n1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and\n\nOnce performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.\n\nFor non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
