You are required to partner with Trade Compliance business stakeholders to understand regulatory changes and translate them into effective system configurations and solutions. You thrive in collaborative settings, working effectively with stakeholders to deliver growth and value across projects.\nPossesses strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for cross-functional team success.\nParticipate in testing, validation, development, and ongoing support of trade compliance system enhancements.\nTroubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions to minimise business and compliance risk.\nContinuously improve the Trade Management platform to increase automation, efficiency, and responsiveness to regulatory changes.\nDesign, develop, and optimise in-app and role-based AI Agents with secure, scalable semantic layers, multi-agent protocols, and agent training features.\nLead implementation of agentic frameworks (langraph, langchain, LLMs) to enable robust Ask/Respond capabilities using enterprise data sources\nAn expert in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile engineering practices, staying current with industry trends.\nA skilled troubleshooter who performs root cause analysis and implements fixes for complex production issues.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree with 5+ OR Master’s with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Global Trade Management system\nProficient in GTM, GTM Agents, saved Queries/conditions, Screen sets, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, and web service integrations.\nDesign and implement technical solution in Oracle Global Trade management (GTM)\nExperience integrating GTM with ERP and other boundary systems\nWork with xml, JSON, REST/SOAP API, web services, and integration frameworks\nStrong trade/functional knowledge of import/export compliance, restricted-party screening, Compliance Screening, product/HTS classification, country of origin, trade agreements, licence management, Custom and trade transactions, etc.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI, and DevOps\nPractical experience using GenAI tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development work\nHands-on experience building MCP tools, Servers, and Agents. \nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\nPreferred Qualifications\nWorking experience on Prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG / AI-assisted automation\nRelevant certifications in Oracle, Cloud technologies, and AI/ML.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Azure is plus\nExperience with REACT, RPA technologies, Mongo, Snowflake\nProficiency in Generative AI (Gen AI Green Belt), MCP tools and Data Science & Security Green Belts\n#WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.\nOur passion is connection-we celebrate our employees’ diverse set of backgrounds and focus on unlocking potential.
