You will be a key architect of our supply strategy, navigating the daily challenges of a dynamic global market to provide Cisco with a distinct competitive edge.\nIn this role, you will be the primary liaison between Technical, Fulfillment, and Product teams throughout the entire product lifecycle-from NPI (New Product Introduction) through sustaining and end-of-life. Your expertise will ensure that we balance supply and demand with surgical precision, protecting our revenue and improving the customer experience.\n\nOrchestrate Delivery Plans: Establish and execute effective delivery schedules by analyzing material supply, factory capacity, and business priorities.\n\nOptimize Inventory: Proactively manage shortages and excess to ensure a lean, agile supply chain.\n\nDrive Operational Excellence: Own and improve key performance metrics, including SCR (Supply Chain Readiness) accuracy and Supply Coverage.\n\nLifecycle Management: Lead the transition of PCBA deliveries and top-level assemblies through every stage of the product journey.\n\nCross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate alignment between stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and ensure project continuity.\n\nFinancial Stewardship: Provide analytical support for the Inventory, Scrap, and E&O (Excess & Obsolete) processes to protect Cisco's gross margins.\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nEducation/Experience: BA/BS degree plus 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).\n\nAnalytical Rigor: Strong background in Demand Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or Supply Chain analytics.\n\nSubject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and global manufacturing models.\n\nTechnical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in MS Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).\n\nCommunication: Native or professional-level English proficiency with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nTechnical Knowledge: Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes and NPI (New Product Introduction) environments.\n\nSystems Expertise: Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and advanced planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse).\n\nMentality: A self-motivated \"Catalyst\" for change with a relentless focus on execution and the ability to \"Think Big\" when solving complex issues.\n\nProcess Improvement: proven track record in process optimization, bottleneck identification, and root-cause analysis.\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
