As the Scrum Master in this role you will be facilitating agile ceremonies, mitigating blockers, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions that advance our supply chain operations. You will be a key partner in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.\nAs the Scrum Master, you will serve as the heartbeat of our agile process. You will guide the team through complex technical challenges, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment with our broader Supply Chain IT objectives. Your leadership will directly influence our ability to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable integrations that power our business.\nYour Impact\nA brief description of the role, also include what the employee would do and what makes this role exciting:\nYou will lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. As the scrum master you will track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and overall project health to provide visibility to leadership. We expect our scrum master’s to act as a dedicated advocate for the team, removing impediments and shielding members from external distractions to maintain focus. You will also partner with Product Owners to refine the product backlog and ensure clear, actionable prioritization. Collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on project goals, dependencies, and deliverables is a must.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience in technical project management or a related discipline.\nDemonstratable experience in supply chain operations\nProven experience as a Scrum Master within a software development environment.\nComprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Manufacturing, B2B integrations, or Procurement within the supply chain environment is considered a significant advantage.\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred but not required.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nCollaborates with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud-based applications and services\nDesign and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability\nExperienced in lifecycle management, upgrades, and patching of DB and Compute.\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
