You will serve as a primary contact for manufacturing partners, ensuring alignment with Cisco’s supply chain requirements, performance metrics, and process improvements. Your work will directly influence our ability to complete business plans and deliver high-quality\nproducts.\nLead end-to-end inventory and supply management processes with assigned contract manufacturers or ODM partners.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain inventory and supply processes to ensure operational efficiency.\nPrepare and deliver reports on process progress and outcomes to internal collaborators and manufacturing partners.\nAnalyze interdependencies between business processes and supply chain metrics.\nLead transformational project work to improve business processes and supply chain systems.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, plus 7 or more years of professional experience in manufacturing or supply chain.\nDetailed professional experience handling end-to-end inventory and supply processes with contract manufacturers or ODM partners.\nProfessional experience applying manufacturing processes, procedures, and lean principles within an industrial environment.\nDemonstrated experience in negotiating and communicating requirements with internal teams and external supplier organizations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration (MBA) or a related quantitative field.\nExperience in leading cross-functional project teams to deliver process or system improvements.\nDemonstrated ability to function optimally within a virtual, global team environment.\nExperience in reporting performance metrics to executive leadership or external partners.\nExperience running complex supply chain data sets to drive business outcomes.\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
