The Internet now has a new faster, better, safer engine!\nMinimum Qualifications\nB.Sc or M.Sc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent\n\nExperience in PHY/SerDes validation (high-speed SerDes characterization, link stability, PVT corners) and/or other PHY layer of communication systems\n\nProven ability in system-level debugging to isolate faults across HW/SW/Silicon\n\nStrong scripting/programming skills in Python orC++\n\nPractical experience with lab instrumentation: oscilloscopes, BERTs, spectrum analyzers\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of signal processing / communication theory (DSP, modulation, link-layer communication)\n\nLinux proficiency, Git, and experience with Jenkins/DevOps automation frameworks\n\nGUI development experience and database familiarity\n\nUnderstanding of PCIe and Ethernet standards\n\nSystem orientation with a multi-disciplinary approach and strong multitasking capability\n\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
