We offer a stimulating environment where you can grow your career, make a real impact, and be part of something truly meaningful.\nYour Impact\nThe Cisco Supply Chain Product Operations team is looking for a motivated and skilled Product Lifecycle New Product Project Manager to drive the successful introduction of new products to market. You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring critical milestones are achieved, risks are proactively mitigated, and rigorous quality standards are upheld. This is a unique opportunity to shape product strategy and drive operational excellence across Cisco’s global landscape. Responsibilities include:\nEnd-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for New Product Introductions (NPI), from initial concept through to launch and post-launch support.\nCross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate seamless collaboration between Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales teams.\nStrategic Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders.\nRisk Mitigation: Proactively identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues to ensure timely and successful delivery.\nPerformance Tracking: Monitor project performance, manage budget allocations, and provide consistent status updates toS takeholders.\nContinuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our product lifecycle management frameworks.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.\n5-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on product development or product lifecycle management.\nDemonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and complex projects without direct authority within a fast-paced environment.\nAdvanced understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) methodologies and tools.\nOutstanding communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP or equivalent project management certification.\nValidated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nPrior experience within the technology or networking industry.\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
