We offer a stimulating environment where you can grow your career, make a real impact, and be part of something truly meaningful.\nYour Impact\nThe Cisco Supply Chain Product Operations team is looking for a motivated and skilled Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) to drive the supply chain readiness, total cost management, and BOM resiliency on all HW programs from pre-concept to FCS. Responsibilities include:\nAccountable for the assigned product portfolio’s total cost & margin management, cost reduction programs and risk mitigation for new products. \nValidate the integrity of the costed BOM and forward costing. \nAbility to clearly articulate the main cost drivers, cost reduction, and cost avoidance activities and support Standard & Gross Margin management of HW & SW products through value engineering, Commodity Analysis and BOM optimization. \nPrepare the supply chain and lead a ramp plan to ensure continuity of material supply and delivery between proto and early production for assigned HW products. \nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in technology-related field, supply chain management, or engineering; Master’s degree preferred. \n5-10 years of experience in supply chain within the tech industry. \nProficiency in program management and stakeholder management. \nAdvanced supply chain knowledge (particularly in Hi-Tech environments), and ability to complete product costing and margin analysis. \nExpertise in understanding a product, Bill of Materials and costing. \nExperience leading continuity of material supply, delivery, and quality ensuring no shortages, delays, or quality issues from prototype to FCS. \nKnowledge of PLM processes - exposure to Agile PDM system is an advantage. \nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated success working in cross-functional, matrixed environments. \nAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities. \nExperience in strategic planning and aligning product lifecycle management objectives with broader business goals. \nStrong negotiation skills. \nAdvanced and outstanding analytical skills. \nExperience with cost avoidance, cost reduction, and value engineering. \nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
