You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle-from role scoping and sourcing through to candidate management, interview coordination, and offer delivery-ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.\nYou will leverage recruitment data and market insights to inform your approach, optimize hiring outcomes, and continuously improve delivery. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Compensation and People Partners, you will help drive aligned and informed hiring decisions.\nThis role also offers the opportunity to build creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent in competitive markets, while embedding inclusive hiring practices and delivering a strong experience for both candidates and hiring teams.\nOur Talent Acquisition (TA) team is leading the way to help us acquire the best people that will engineer next-generation products and solutions, and you could be pivotal in that role!\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related recruitment or talent acquisition experience, OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, OR Doctorate with no prior experience, OR equivalent related work experience\nExperience managing full-cycle recruitment processes from role scoping through to offer and onboarding\nExperience recruiting for mid-level to experienced hires across complex or specialized business functions\nExperience using recruitment metrics (for example, time to hire, pass-through rates, and quality of candidate pipeline) to inform hiring strategies\nExperience partnering with cross-functional Human Resources stakeholders such as Compensation or Human Resources Business Partners\nBusiness-level proficiency in English\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nAbility to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract specialized talent\nExperience partnering with and advising hiring managers to support strong hiring decisions\nStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across business and Human Resources teams\nExperience embedding diversity and inclusion practices into recruitment processes\nAbility to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable recruitment best practices\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
