Alternate locations will be considered on an exception basis.\nMembers of the Finance organization at select locations will generally be expected to follow a hybrid work model, which includes two days of in-office attendance each week, with limited exceptions.\nMeet the Team\nThe Builds & Services Manager is responsible for leading the planning, deployment, integration, and ongoing service of physical security technology across the AMER and LATAM regions. This role supervises multiple concurrent security technology projects, ensuring systems are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with corporate security standards.\nThe role serves as a key regional leader and primary escalation point for security technology service issues, coordinating internal teams, vendors, integrators, and business partners to drive timely resolution and maintain operational continuity.\nYour Impact\nLead the planning and execution of multiple physical security technology deployments across AMER and LATAM.\nLead projects from initial scope and build through installation, commissioning, testing, acceptance, and operational handoff.\nEstablish and maintain regional deployment standards, processes, documentation, and quality requirements.\nCoordinate security technology installations involving access control, video surveillance, intercoms, intrusion detection, visitor management, and other integrated security systems.\nServe as the primary partner concern point for regional service issues, coordinating systems and driving issues through resolution.\nHandle relationships with security integrators, technology vendors, service providers, and internal partners.\nMonitor project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and work.\nIdentify recurring service issues and develop corrective actions to improve system reliability and operational performance.\nPartner with Security, Workplace/Facilities, IT, networking, real estate, procurement, finance, and business teams to ensure successful deployments.\nReview project scopes, statements of work, estimates, and technical builds for alignment with security standards and business requirements.\nEnsure installations meet required security, technology, safety, documentation, and quality standards.\nSupport regional technology lifecycle planning, system upgrades, refreshes, and modernization initiatives.\nDevelop reporting and metrics around project delivery, service performance, open issues, vendor performance, and system reliability.\nDrive consistency across regional deployments while allowing appropriate flexibility for local requirements.\nSupport incident response and critical service customer concerns when security technology impacts business operations.\nDevelop strong working relationships with regional security teams and serve as a trusted technology advisor.\nLeadership & Stakeholder Management\nProvide regional leadership and direction to internal teams, contractors, integrators, and service partners.\nEstablish clear ownership, accountability, critical issue paths, and performance expectations.\nCommunicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership.\nFacilitate multi-functional meetings and drive decisions when projects encounter scope, technical, schedule, or operational challenges.\nHold vendors and integrators accountable for quality, schedule, documentation, and service performance.\nMinimum Qualifications\n7+ years of experience in physical security technology, security systems integration, facilities technology, or related technical operations.\nExperience leading complex, multi-site security technology deployments.\nStrong knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, visitor management, and integrated security systems.\nExperience managing security integrators, contractors, and technology vendors.\nDemonstrated project management and escalation-management experience.\nExperience working across multiple geographic regions and cultures.\nStrong understanding of construction, building infrastructure, networking, and technology deployment environments.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.\nWillingness to travel regionally and internationally as the need arises\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond. Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time.\nU.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to Cisco’s policies:\n10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees\n\n1 paid day off for employee’s birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by Cisco\n\nNon-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees\n\nExempt employees participate in Cisco’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)\n\n80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next\n\nAdditional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members\n\nOptional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer\n\nFor non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco’s policies.\nEmployees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:\n.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;\n\n1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;\n\n1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and\n\nOnce performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.\n\nFor non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
