You will work with internal and external application teams and customers to understand their unique requirements, translate that into an execution plan, and deliver the value. You will also play a critical role in defining facing go-to-market strategy. You will accomplish this with your technical understanding of analytics systems, ability to ruthlessly prioritize work items, and ability to communicate effectively with external and internal customers. You will merge attention to technical detail with the ability to understand and align to business imperatives while working hand-in-glove with cross-functional execution teams to drive customer insights and inputs directly into the development process.\nYou’ll thrive in this role if you are curious about solving complex technical problems and have strong empathy for customers. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:\n.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;\n\n1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;\n\n1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and\n\nOnce performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.\n\nFor non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
