With millions of people using Meraki products around the world, your work will have a significant impact from the day it is deployed.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with the Product Security team to continually improve the security of our products\nWork closely with the Hardware Engineering team to add support for new Trusted Platform Modules (TPMs)\nCreate/update/maintain bootloaders and device drivers that interact with TPMs \nParticipate and lead in the design and development of platform and system level software/firmware for Meraki products\nCollaborate with engineers across product teams to architect features that delight our customers\nParticipate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers\nDrive debugging of issues when things don't go as planned\nMinimum Qualification\n4+ years of software engineering experience\n4+ years of experience writing production code in C/C++\nExperience with embedded security technologies such as Trusted Platform Modules (TPMs), Secure Boot, Cryptography\nThe ability to work and collaborate across multiple product lines and hardware stacks\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nBS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree\nNice to have\nExpertise in networking, especially with SSL/TLS\nExperience with security-related aspects of systems design, hardening, and vulnerability patch management\nExperience with embedded systems development such as Yocto and buildroot\nExperience with BSPs, U-Boot, and Linux integration\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, and Jenkins\nPassion to improve code, implement reusable design patterns, and use industry best coding practices\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
