Ultimately we are doing so through internal platforms that unlock the benefits of this technology for Cisco teams and partners across our Security, Enterprise Networking, Collaboration and Splunk portfolios.\nYour Impact\nAs a Technical Leader in Cisco Cloud Control, you’ll help build the next-generation platform that brings Cisco’s product portfolio together through an AI-native experience. You’ll provide hands-on technical leadership to a growing engineering team in TLV while collaborating with global Cisco teams.\nOwn the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of end-to-end product capabilities.\nTranslate product goals into scalable designs and executable engineering plans.\nDesign reliable distributed systems using relational and NoSQL databases, queues, and event-driven architectures.\nBuild high-quality, modern web experiences and supporting backend services.\nCollaborate with architects, product managers, designers, and global engineering teams on cross-product integrations.\nDrive security, scalability, resilience, performance, and observability.\nContribute to the codebase, review PRs, and promote engineering excellence.\nMentor engineers and help build a high-performing team.\nMinimum Qualifications\n7+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.\nProven experience designing, building, and operating scalable, reliable distributed systems.\nStrong experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and production operations.\nHands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, message queues, and event-driven architectures.\nExperience with modern software development practices, including CI/CD, observability, and production system integration.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProven experience managing high-performing, geographically distributed full-stack teams.\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n“Can-do” attitude, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic corporate environment.\nFull-Stack Software development experience\nExperience integrating AI capabilities into production software.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
