As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a key technical advisor and solutions expert for our Enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle\nMeet the Team\n. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, designing and presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring successful product adoption. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.\nYour Impact\nCollaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities with Enterprise accounts in Brazil.\nConduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives.\nDesign and present compelling technical solutions that align with customer needs and demonstrate the value of our products.\nDevelop and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) projects.\nRespond to technical inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs.\nProvide technical training and support to customers and partners.\nStay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product advancements.\nMaintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its capabilities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts.\nWork closely with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development.\nTravel within Brazil, as needed, to meet with customers and attend industry events.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 15 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on Enterprise accounts.\nStrong technical background in Routing & Switching products and technologies, to include the Catalyst, Cisco Routers, Service provider, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics and networking.\nCCIE Certification strongly valued\nProven ability to design and present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to create an end-to-end network architecture of a customers\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nFluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).\nWillingness to travel.\nBased in São Paulo\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with multinational corporations in Brazil.\nKnowledge of Brazilian market dynamics and industry trends.\nRelevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco).\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
