Lead breakdown sessions, competitive bake-offs, and complex proofs-of-value that prove Cisco's superiority.\nMaster and Promote: Serve as the go-to authority; articulating its vision, strategy, and technical details to audiences from engineers to executives.\nDesign for Complexity: Architect and validate trailblazing, single-architecture solutions for our customers' most high-reaching requirements, ensuring technical excellence and adaptability.\nWin as a Team: Partner with Cisco ecosystem and Account Managers to provide the critical domain expertise needed to win strategic opportunities. Develop and share protocols that elevate the entire organization.\nInfluence Product Direction: Serve as a critical feedback loop to Cisco's engineering and business units.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or a similar deep technical role (e.g., professional services, security analyst, SRE) with sales skills\n5+ years of broad and deep technical knowledge across one of the following areas: Routing, Switching, Wireless, Programmability, observability, event, or network management\nFluent in Romanian and English\nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrable experience building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and partners.\n5+ years of communication and presentation skills with internal partners or external customers\nExtensive experience with completing RFXs, competitive analysis and sales positioning\nRelevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE)\nStrong understanding of automation, APIs, and programmability within your domain of expertise.\nExperience in a thought leadership role (e.g., public speaking, writing technical blogs or whitepapers)\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
