You will partner with Account Executives to position coordinated Cisco and Splunk architectures, displacing competitors and solving sophisticated security challenges.\nArchitect & Influence: Lead technical pre-sales engagements with CISOs, SOC managers, and security architects to build end-to-end Threat Detection, Investigation, and Response (TDIR) and data platform solutions.\nModernize SecOps with Agentic AI: Build and demonstrate agentic AI and automated workflows that streamline alert triage, accelerate investigation, and reduce MTTD/MTTR.\nLead Technical Campaigns: Deliver high-impact architectural whiteboards, product demonstrations, and technical Proof of Value (PoV) that prove business value.\nCross-Architecture Integration: Position Cisco's unified security portfolio alongside Splunk, growing into full-stack observability and cloud-native telemetry (OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, Multi-Cloud).\nFeedback Loop: Interlock with Product Management and Engineering to relay customer requirements, competitive intelligence, and emerging market trends.\nWho You'll Work With\nYou will join a high-performing, collaborative Solutions Engineering team partnered closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Product Specialists, and Customer Success teams. Externally, you will engage C-level security leaders, enterprise security operations teams, and outstanding channel partners across South Korea's leading enterprises.\nWho You Are\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor's degree or + 8+ years of technical sales / solutions engineering experience, OR\nMaster's degree + 6+ years of validated experience, OR\nPhD or equivalent experience + 3+ years of validated experience.\nValidated pre-sales track record in a customer-facing technical role (SE, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant).\nValidated applied foundation in Security Operations (SOC), SIEM architecture, and detection engineering.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSecOps & SIEM Depth: Applied experience with Splunk Enterprise Security, Splunk SOAR, or equivalent enterprise SIEM/SOAR platforms; practical knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and TDIR lifecycles.\nAgentic AI & Automation: Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, API orchestration, LLM/GenAI integrations, and security automation.\nObservability & Cloud: Exposure to hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, or OpenTelemetry instrumentation.\nData & Scripting: Proficiency in SPL (Search Processing Language), Python, SQL, or regex for data onboarding and normalization (CIM).\nCommunication & Certifications: Strong executive presentation skills; business proficiency in Korean and English.
