You'll have the opportunity to build your technical expertise, develop customer-facing skills and contribute to helping customers solve real business and technology challenges. You will:\nPartner with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to support customer engagements across ANZ.\nParticipate in customer discovery conversations to understand business goals, technical challenges and desired outcomes.\nDeliver engaging demonstrations aligned to customer requirements and use cases.\nSupport workshops, proof-of-concept activities and technical validation engagements.\nBuild dashboards, searches and use cases that showcase practical customer outcomes.\nHelp customers understand the value of Splunk across Security, Observability and IT Operations.\nCollaborate with account teams, partners and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.\nIdentify customer challenges and recommend practical next steps.\nBalance multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement.\nMinimum Qualifications\nWe're interested in people from a variety of technical backgrounds.
