We celebrate each other’s successes while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.\nYour Impact\nAs a Solutions Engineer, you will be a technical leader in driving growth and adoption of Splunk solutions with commercial customers. You will:\nDemonstrate and evangelize Splunk products and services through onsite sessions, webinars, and field events. \nLead discovery calls and conversations to identify and validate opportunities, independently or with your sales counterpart. \nEstablish and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners throughout the sales cycle and beyond. \nConduct on-site customer engagements, including Proof of Value/Concept demonstrations. \nAddress complex technical inquiries and resolve customer concerns to ensure successful outcomes. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve working practices, processes, and customer success. \nMinimum Qualifications\nProven experience in enterprise presales, ideally 5+ years, with a technical focus. \nAbility to understand complex application environments and machine data sources (logs, security data, network data, etc.). \nStrong ability to articulate complex technical solutions to customers and partners. \nExperience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and improve processes. \nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on knowledge of Splunk solutions and experience demonstrating their value to commercial customers. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset. \nWorking knowledge of AI concepts & practical adoption of AI capabilities \nFamiliarity with open-source technologies, search engines, and query languages. \nExperience in security or observability solutions. \nScripting languages is a plus. \nAbility to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment. \nPassion for technology, innovation and customer success.\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
