In this highly visible role, you will drive product adoption and reduce critical issues by leading environment health recommendations and executing strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).\nSuccess means becoming a trusted advisor who directly contributes to our customers' long-term operational achievements and maximizes the value of their investments. Ultimately, your technical expertise and strategic guidance will empower organizations to solve complex challenges and thrive in a multi-cloud world.\nWhat you will do\nDeliver comprehensive customer onboarding programs to ensure successful and rapid platform adoption.\nLead environment health assessments and provide actionable recommendations to optimize customer deployments.\nManage and resolve critical customer escalations efficiently to minimize downtime and restore normal operations.\nFacilitate internal advocacy by collaborating across Sales, Product Management, and Customer Experience (CX) teams to align on customer needs.\nExecute QBRs with executive leadership to demonstrate platform value and align on future goals.\nDrive continuous customer adoption rates and maintain high customer satisfaction scores to foster long-term retention.\nMinimum qualifications\n3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager (TAM), Customer Success, or Systems Engineering role.\nExperience managing and resolving critical technical customer escalations.\nExperience using project management methodologies.\nExperience delivering technical presentations and demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nFluency in English and Turkish languages (written and verbal).\nPreferred qualifications\nActive Splunk Architect Certification.\nHands-on experience working with IT operations, cloud environments, and digital infrastructure.\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both individual contributors and senior executive leaders.\nExperience building collaborative relationships with diverse enterprise customers.\nProactive problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs.\nWhy Cisco?\nAt Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era - and beyond.
