Your work will directly support the broader supply chain team by providing accurate, timely inventory data and facilitating smooth operational workflows.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory control, or administrative logistics support.\n\nStrong proficiency with enterprise planning systems such as Oracle and data visualization/reporting tools like PowerBI.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, and data formatting.\n\nExceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in large datasets.\n\nProven ability to follow established workflows and maintain process documentation.\n\nClear and professional verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with AI-powered productivity tools or data analysis assistants to automate repetitive clerical tasks and enhance reporting speed.\n\nExperience managing inventory reconciliation processes and coordinating scrap disposal in compliance with financial and quality standards.\n\nKnowledge of SOX and ISO audit preparation and compliance documentation.\n\nStrong organizational skills with experience maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and managing data archives for audit readiness.
