Role description
A Team Lead .NET Developer oversees and guides a team of .NET developers in creating and maintaining software applications. They manage project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure the team meets technical and quality standards. In addition to coding, they provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders. Their role also involves resolving technical issues and ensuring successful project delivery.

This role uses ss of a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of company policies and procedures. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative and practical ways. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires curation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal personnel in their own area of expertise.
Responsibilities
Candidate should be very strong in ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, Analyzing, develop and work closely with the team on any issues. Key Responsibilities: Work with business stakeholders to provide high level estimates for planned or proposed features Build standards based frameworks and libraries to support a large-scale application Improve end-to-end system performance tuning and design for scale Foster interdepartmental relationships with operations, systems, quality-assurance and product departments 4+ years of development experience with at least one year working with C# .Net technologies and SQL Server Must have strong problem-solving skills and a fast learner Excellent coding skills in C# and T-SQL. Experience architecting systems with a distributed deployment model Experience working with teams, conducting code reviews Familiarity with emerging technologies (Cloud/Serverless infrastructure, docker, noSql/BigData technologies Perform code reviews and provide necessary corrections. Develop coding guidelines for the ASP.Net development team. Works collaboratively with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of the project. Coordinate with Business Analysts and Test Analysts to ensure that the developed application meets technical requirements and client needs. Provide production support as needed. End to end understanding of software architecture, design, development and implementation. Continuous integration and build process, test automation and deployment.
Requirements
Strong Hands-On experience using Scrum, Agile modeling and adaptive software development. 4-6 years of development experience using ASP.NET Proven problem solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Strong Hands-On experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server development. Good experience with OOPs concepts and Design Patterns. Proficiency in (ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, C#) applications Experience in HTML, JS, and CSS Experience with the JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Node.JS, Angular , React JS other) Familiarity with (Azure Web Apps, AWS Cloud) Familiarity with REST and RPC APIs In-depth knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures related to database management. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integrity issues, performance Issues. Excellent English communications skills (written and verbal). Experience in SSIS, data warehousing concepts and data analysis. Experience with QlikView and QlikSense. Active Directory Federated Services. Single Sign-On Authentication.
