Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Developer with 1 to 3+ years of experience to join our innovative team. As a Machine Learning Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms that drive our products and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers and product managers, to create scalable and efficient machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Data Preparation: Preprocess and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and relevancy for training models. Feature Engineering: Develop and select features for machine learning models that improve model accuracy and performance. Model Evaluation: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and refine models based on performance outcomes. Deployment: Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability. Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science to implement cutting-edge techniques and tools. Collaboration: Work with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to integrate machine learning capabilities into various products and services. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes.

Requirements

1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, or a related role. Strong experience in handling large datasets and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, including regression, classification, clustering and deep learning techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of ML models.

Qualifications

BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT)/MCA or equivalent.
