Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews and ensuring adherence to best coding practices. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, suggest technical solutions, provide regular updates and handle escalations. Work within the Agile/Scrum framework to manage the development cycle. Ensure proper sprint planning, task assignment and that deadlines are met. Accurately estimate the time and resources required for tasks, ensuring projects stay within scope and on schedule. Utilize AWS cloud services to architect, deploy and manage application infrastructure. Apply DevOps principles to optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments and improve application performance. Oversee end-to-end deployment processes, ensuring smooth releases and minimizing downtime. Handle production issues and ensure systems operate efficiently post-launch. Ensure the code is clean, efficient and scalable. Drive the team toward delivering high-quality products with a focus on performance, security and maintainability. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA and product managers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.\nRequirements\nStrong knowledge and experience with MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js and Next.js. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS and CloudFront for managing scalable infrastructure. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab or other CI/CD tools to automate workflows and deploy applications efficiently. Proficient in Agile development methodologies and experience in leading sprints, retrospectives and planning meetings.
