Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Odoo best practices. Review code for quality assurance and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Odoo development and deployment. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues. System Analysis and Design: Analyze business processes and requirements to design effective solutions using Odoo. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance. Perform system integration testing and coordinate user acceptance testing. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Odoo systems. Address and resolve issues reported by users in a timely manner.\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering Experience: 2.6 to 6 years of experience in Odoo development. Proven track record of successful Odoo implementations and customizations. Experience with Odoo’s architecture, workflows and reporting tools. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, XML, and JavaScript. Experience with PostgreSQL databases. Knowledge of Odoo framework, modules, and architecture.
