Be seen, be understood, be you. \nSummary\nThis role is responsible for leading and overseeing complex, cross-functional programs consisting of multiple related projects that drive strategic business outcomes. This role ensures alignment between program objectives and organizational priorities, establishes governance frameworks, manages interdependencies, and delivers measurable results through structured planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nLead the design and evolution of cross-functional enablement programs that translate commercial strategy into scalable, measurable field readines\nDefine program scope, success criteria, milestones, governance structures, and operating cadence.\nEstablish and oversee integrated program plans, ensuring alignment across project timelines, resources, and deliverables.\nManage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs; drive resolution and escalate appropriately.\nIntegrate multiple workstreams (onboarding, methodology, product readiness, manager enablement) into cohesive roadmaps.\nPartner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, clarify decision rights, and ensure sustained executive sponsorship.\nDrive change management planning and execution to support adoption and business readiness.\nEnsure adherence to enterprise governance standards, controls, and documentation requirements.\nFacilitate cross-functional forums to drive accountability, transparency, and timely decision-making.\nIdentify opportunities for operational efficiency and continuous improvement within program execution practices.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.\nJob Level Competencies\nMastery knowledge of industry best practices and disciplines. Effects of erroneous decisions may be long-lasting, influence the future course of the organization and/or require the expenditure of extensive additional resources.\nQualifications\nTypical experience: 3+ years in related role or experience.\nActual experience may vary depending on role complexity, geography, and internal development opportunities or a comparable mix of training, education, and experience.\nProgressive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or large-scale initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with interconnected deliverables and stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of program and project management methodologies and governance frameworks.\nAbility to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.\nExperience with financial tracking, resource management, and performance measurement.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation: University degree preferred.\nProject Management Professional (PMP), PgMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certification.\nExperience leading enterprise-wide transformation or strategic initiatives.\nFamiliarity with portfolio management practices.\nExposure to change management methodologies.\nExperience working in a global or multi-region organization.\nWorking Conditions & Physical Demands\nThis position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and involves frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment. It also requires effective communication in person and through digital channels, occasional movement within the workspace, and handling of light materials (typically under 10 pounds).
